am glad you liked it Ravish .. wanted to convey the condition of a love-lorn heart when a mere glimpse (imaginary) of the subject causes whole nature to work in synchronisation with the lover's feelings ...

  4. Your blog is helping me to learn Hindi :-D

Absolutely love this one Kokila, the sudden feelings and emotions of a girl...wonderfully portrayed. And love this still of Aparna Sen form Ray's film "Tinkanya" (Three girls), based on three short stories of Tagore, the last one being 'Samapti'. Have you seen the movie?

    1. He He Mani ... all of us girls experience such emotions and the turmoil it causes in our hearts and make us see things differently.. as if the universe is working according to the condition of our heart !
Yes it is the mesmerizing Aparna Sen .. have not seen the movie but have read the story and loved Mrinamayi immensely not for her childishness but for her realisation ... beautiful and simple :)
its remade in hindi with JAYA Bhaduri and 'ABODH' first film of MADHURI DIXIT seemed to be loosely based on it ...
will catch the movie some day :)
