DeleteAah!
ReplyDeleteNever believed that words can intoxicate someone! May be, I'm weak.
A string of pearls has a common thread to relate them. You have a weird way to string the random thoughts, which we think everyday and never realize, and string them in a way that we are shocked in recognition!
Bravo, ma'am!
PS... Be prepared for comments on your other haiku. Am back after a hibernation. Heh heh
They may not be flattering. You know me. Acid tongue. :)
DeleteI did not find anything to complain in you words Rakesh..may be I am shallow :) Acid tongue is the Litmus test ..Welcome back :)
DeleteI love love love this post :D I am sure you know why ;) Apart from that, your words of course. I feel home here.
ReplyDeleteThe words "fresh bite" really had me listening to that crunchy sound. :
"Dangling saphires" had me imagining jewels hanging from trees and "frost dipped fruit" made frost sound like a delicious dip :)
Wow Ranju ..I am blessed to have you as a reader girl because this time it was me who was enamoured by the purple bulbs :D the more images I googled, more I was enchanted and the haiku grew .... Thank you girl for bring what you are - imaginative, sensitive and a lover of everything purple, lavender.... :):)
